Supervision or Personal Coaching
What is supervision with Marie?
Supervision is a structured learning and reflection process in which we systematically, but never clinically, examine your professional actions. Drawing on fifteen years of experience and a background in various therapeutic approaches, I offer a professional space where your growth is central.
Reflection on your actions. We discuss cases, interventions, and the doubts that are inevitably part of this profession.
Self-insight. We explore your triggers, countertransference, and blind spots. How does the other person's story resonate in your own body and history?
Integration. We connect theory and methodology with your unique, personal style.
Phenomenological perspective. We work not only cognitively, but also experientially with what unfolds between us in the here-and-now. Sometimes words are not enough. Then a drawing, an image, or a constellation can get to the core more quickly.
For whom?
You are a psychologist, psychotherapist, coach, consultant, or you are a manager daily in a role where you support others. Whether you are a beginner or experienced: supervision is not a milestone on your CV, but a working method that adapts to where you are today.
We look at the person behind the practitioner or leader. So that you can approach your profession with more responsibility and more freedom.
